Follow the audio prompts to complete the call and see how you sound. Scroll down and choose Check Call Quality. On any of these tabs in Skype for Business, click on the Audio Device Icon in the bottom left corner. This can be useful if you’re unsure about your call quality or need to make sure that your audio device is set up properly.

We know that we have the Office 365 E3 plan, so we should be all set, right? Whoops - You don’t have permission to create meetings.
